What’s cuter than pumpkin coasters? How about pumpkin pie slice coasters?! I thought that this was a fun twist on the traditional pumpkin themed pieces!

These Crocheted Pumpkin Pie Slice Coasters would even make for a cute gift. Especially for a fall home warming present! Pair these coasters with maybe a cute mug or two and some coffee, how cute would that be?!
What Yarn is Best for Crochet Coasters?
The answer is a worsted weight 100% cotton yarn! Cotton is the best choice when it comes to crocheting coasters as it is more absorbable than other yarns like acrylic or wool.
Some of my favorite cotton yarns are
- Dishie Cotton from We Crochet
- 24/7 Cotton from Lion Brand Yarns
- I Love This Cotton from Hobby Lobby

This pattern uses basic crochet stitches and is such a quick and easy crochet project that you will have an entire set made before you know it!
I love making coasters as not only are they quick and easy to make, they also require a small amount of yarn! This makes them perfect for using leftover scrap yarn to make them with!
