What Yarn is Best for Crochet Coasters?
When crocheting coasters, a 100% cotton yarn works best for them. This is because cotton yarn is more absorbent and holds up better than acrylic yarn.
Some of my favorite cotton yarns are
- Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton
- Dishie from We Crochet
- I Love This Cotton from Hobby Lobby
- Crafter’s Secret Cotton from Hobby Lobby
These Christmas Bulb Coasters are a great project to use up some scrap yarn that you might have. They take such a small amount of yarn so scrap yarn works perfect for this project!
