Looking for an easy and cute baby hat pattern? Then you will want to check this pattern out! My ribbed brim baby hat pattern has 5 sizes, preemie all the way to 12 months!
I previously had this pattern available for only the newborn size and have been asked quite a few times over the past couple of years for more sizes. So I finally made time and wrote up the pattern for 4 other sizes!
Now this pattern has sizes preemie, newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months.
I used one of my favorite #4 worsted weight yarns for this free baby hat pattern, I Love This Yarn! There are so many color options in this yarn and it holds up very well. It is a 100% acrylic yarn but it is super soft and perfect for even little babies.
These little hats literally work up in just a few minutes, especially the smaller ones. When I posted pictures of these hats as I was working on them on my social media, so many people were wanting the pattern so they could make them and donate them to local hospitals for babies which is a wonderful idea.
Of course, I always think pairing a handmade baby blanket with a baby hat makes for the perfect baby shower gift. Handmade items always make for such special and thoughtful gifts and keepsakes!
