This Pastel Granny Square Blanket is such a fun and colorful crochet project to make! It is such a simple and easy pattern but produces a beautiful end result!

When I was working on this pastel granny square blanket pattern and posted pictures of it on social media, I received so many questions and comments about the yarn that I used. For this blanket, I used one of my favorite yarns, I Love This yarn from Hobby Lobby.
And do you want to know what the best thing about this blanket is? I only used 1 skein of each color!

How to Join the Granny Squares
After you have completed all your squares, you can now join them. I used the Join as You Go method for joining them with the white yarn. This method of joining squares is also known as the JAYG or JAYGO method.
I laid my squares out in rows of 5 squares wide and 6 squares long.
This method is easiest to explain with a video tutorial so you can watch that below!
Once you have joined all your squares, weave in all ends! And enjoy your finished project.
