I’ve been wanting to put together a round up with some fabulous headbands that I have seen either on Instagram or Pinterest for a little while now, and finally have taken the time to do so!
Headbands, I love them. I usually wear one like 95% of the time…or, maybe it’s more like 100% of the time. Of course, that is usually when I’m at home and I’m in the ‘messy hair, don’t care’ mood, LOL.
#1 Easy-Peasy Lemon Squeezy Headband by A Crafty Concept
Ashley really thought outside the box with this headband. I wouldn’t have ever thought to make a Headband with Bernat Home Decor Yarn. The yarn looks perfect! It defines the stitches and the texture looks amazing. I’ve thought about making one for sometime now, but I haven’t ever gotten my hands on any Bernat yarn yet. This one is at the top of my “Crochet – To Do” List!
I don’t now what I love more, the mustard color or the twist headband! I love how it’s simple, but the twist gives the headband a whole other look. I think I have this same yarn in my yarn cabinet….what to do with it?
This headband looks so warm and cozy! And, I love the detail by using the sailors knot. Kelsie even has a photo and video tutorial on tying the sailor knot.
I love the look of knit, but I’d rather crochet so this faux knit headband is perfect! And, Maria made it in the perfect neutral color, goes with everything.
I can totally see me wearing this All Tied Up headband this summer, maybe in a bright turquoise. My hair up in a messy bun with this headband pushed back behind my ears. Lounging by the pool.
I love the puff stitch and this headband is perfect! It’s something different that just the regular single or double crochet. And, the puff stitch has such a nice texture.
Warm, Cozy, Texture….this headband has it all. I love how it is gathered in the middle, Great detail! I’m all about the texture of a crochet piece and this one definitely looks like it has great texture.
#9. 45 Minute Textured Headband by Traverse Bay Crochet
Ok, so I’m probably over using this word for this blog post but….TEXTURE. This headband, made in these colors, makes me think of clear, shallow waters with all the little smooth gray and beige stones. And, the texture of the stones packed all tight around each other.
